Packaging is only protection against damage; any damaged packaging cannot be replaced or repaired. If you receive a MODERN ARTIFACT 001 edition that has been damaged in transit, not including the packaging, please contact us within five (5) business days from the receipt date.

A repair service is offered by the Daniel Arsham Studio for any damaged editions. Please contact us within five (5) business days from the receipt date, using the 'CONTACT US' form on NGVTRIENNIALSTORE.com/National Gallery of Victoria. If confirmed as damaged by Daniel Arsham Studio via inspection of photo submissions, we will then arrange for your MODERN ARTIFACT 001 edition to be sent to the Daniel Arsham Studio to be repaired. Return shipping costs will be covered by NGVTRIENNIALSTORE.com/National Gallery of Victoria and the Daniel Arsham Studio. No refunds are offered.

In order to obtain an exchange or refund we require:
